Here at RLH we won’t say no to a biscuit or chocolate at any time of the day; life is too short! Saying that, many of us have started to get healthier. Whether that’s trying to drink four litres of water a day, going for a swim or cycle before work or having a personal training session at the end of the week. We’re all seeing the benefits of being more awake in the mornings and having more energy; especially after our morning coffees! It’s a well-known fact that exercise is not only good for our bodies, but also our mental health. It sets us up for the day and gets us ready to get our creative thinking caps on. But with so many birthdays in the office the past few weeks, it would be rude to say no to a slice of cake!
