A2K Virtual Events

For Elanco

How do you get Registered Animal Medicines Advisers (RAMA’s) together to educate and excite them at key points in an agricultural year, in a pandemic? Elanco asked, we answered, in a way that worked for everyone.

To provide value to our audience when they needed it most, we developed a series of four, seasonally-appropriate virtual sessions. There were live events with presentations from industry experts, delegate packs with a wellness hub and live Q & A’s – CPD accredited and all designed to support RAMAs in their roles, and all hosted by Adam Henson for Registered Animal Medicines Advisers.

Naturally, we created a buzz about the events and encouraged sign-ups through pre and post-event branding, digital and social comms and promotion.

Over 1200 RAMAs and vets signed-up to the 4 live events in 2021. Over 144 RAMAs watch the events on demand and feedback after the event was extremely positive with 100% of delegates saying that they would recommend the event to a colleague. 255 delegates completed additional bespoke on-line CPD training and quick-fire quizzes. The client was so delighted with the outcomes that more events are scheduled for 2022.
